I'm guessing but if those numbers on the bags are hong kong dollars (28 & 38) that works out to about $4-6 CAD.

It's an awesome place.
Was there a few years back, Counted 73 Aquarium stores in a 2 blocks.
Plants may be cheap but too hard to bring into Canada.
