Fantastic!  What a great idea.
Agreed , this is the second time the club has done this.

If people are going, they need to let people know ASAP.  I know they need numbers for the banquet.

:D

What will you need for proof of attendance? I am going and will send my confirmation of my full conference ticket, but what else will I need?

We got the good idea from past execs ;)

If you have a receipt for the ticket that is ideal. If that isn't possible, your physical ticket and pictures of you having fun at the convention will suffice. (pending approval of other execs...)

Lisachromis

At worst, you can get confirmation from CAOAC itself whether or not someone bought a ticket.

Who is actually going since the treasurer seems to think there is only 1 ticket purchased for OVAS members?

I am!! Getting excited.  8)
