Question about CO2 Bike Inflator

anyone here used co2 cylinders for bike tires? i have a basket of them sitting in my garage, i still use my bike but i use my pump most of the time than the co2 injectors. are they safe for planted aquariums? thanks!

Ive been using bike cylinders in my planted tank for months now and I havent seen any issues.
