Hi everyone.
We still have a couple of spots to fill.
It is a great way to get into the show for free, and only takes up a few hours of time.
Right by a stage too, so you can hear some of the presentations..
We are still looking for
SAT 2-6
SUN 10 -2
SUN tear down
Even Fri set up would be great

The club is looking to borrow a small projector screen for this weekend, if you have one we can borrow, please contact me ASAP.

I can help with the Sunday 10-2 shift. And what time will set up Friday be. If it's after 7, I can help then too.

I can help on Sunday 10-2. But if any other time slots / area is preferred .. let me know I will check schedule and confirm.

Appreciate the offers of help but at this point we have already submitted the list to the organizers for passes.
However we can do with some extra hands to help with the tear down when the show ends on Sunday at 5.00 PM
If you can help then it would be appreciated.

Actually, if anyone is available Saturday 9 to 2 that would be great. Unfortunately Karen can no longer make it.

Jody, I can do from 9 to 12 on Saturday. (will do my best to extend till 2 pm if I can arrange a back up for a prior engagement at 1 pm). Let me know if this works, otherwise hopefully you will find someone.

Edit: Sorry, just got to know that Montreal auction is also on the same day!. Saturday Nov 11. I will have to back out on this temporarily. I will have to check if I can make arrangements so I can go to Montreal. If it does not work out, I will post back. But hopefully someone will sign up here in the meantime. Thanks.
