Registration cost for upcoming auction

If I have it correct according to the advertisement for the upcoming auction there will only be a fee for each bag not a percentage going to OVAS for sellers bringing items to auction?

The mini auction in November is formatted with a "per lot" fee.
The giant auction in April is commission based.

Individuals that hold a valid membership pay 1$ per lot/item. Non-members pay $2 per lot/item. This dollar amount is subtracted from total sales upon cash out. Lots that do not sell are still subject to registration fees.

Maximum 3 duplicates of a lot. Maximum 100 total lots.

For those bringing 20 items or more it would be a benefit to you to purchase an annual membership for $20.
