can somebody tell me how to change the KB on a file???

i tried to download a pic on avatar but it was too big. :o  :)  :D  :twisted:  :)  :)

You need a graphics program (I use The Gimp), and scale it smaller. Once you get it under the 10K / 100X100 pixel requirement, you can then upload it
