I just noticed that my platinum angels laid a LOT of eggs on the return for my filter.
It is situated near a powerhead that I use to circulate the water.
Question: Should I turn the powerhead off or let nature take its course?
This is a first for me and I don't want to mess up.

As my angels share the tank with eight tigerbarbs and a b/n pleco should I get rid of the barbs (free to good home) or maybe invest in a small tank?

You won't have to worry about the power head for a few days, as the fry will be stuck there by their heads. You could install a bit of sponge over the intake, or when they start to get unstuck, just shut it off for a while, until they are too big to get sucked up. Otherwise, just let it all happen.

Plecos are not a problem, the barbs will be disappointed if you separate them from obviously good snackfood.

Thanks, Babblefish1960.
I was thinking of giving them to anyone who wants them as I don't really want to invest in another aquarium.
This is not a request yet.

Looks like the angels beat the tigerbarbs to a meal.
The angels ate all the eggs.
Cleaned the filter return like it's a new one.
Oh well, maybe next time!
