I was wondering if anyone could help me identify these cichlids.  They are similarly coloured as demasoni, but the rear strips are faded and they are not as vibrant as a demasoni.

Thx

My guess:  Either a Cobalt Blue or an Afra.  But I'm leaning more the Afra way since the dark bars are a little too dark for a Cobalt.  And Cobalts don't have any yellow on them.

That yellow in the tail is key.  Definetly not a cobalt.  Where did you get him?

I got them from an OVAS member about 1.5 years ago.

Definetly one type of Pseudotropheus  "Elongatus ".  Tried looking through scpecies profile on cichlid forum

I was at Paladin's place this weekend and the photos do not do them justice.  They are definately P. Elongatus of some sort.
