White stuff???

Every morning, when the light comes on, I notice this white stuff that looks like something went through my tank with a little paint brush and painted certain parts of the tank, there is some on the back of the tank, some on the val and some on the small sword plants.
Anybody have any idea what it is?
I've tried taking pictures but it's so small it doesn't show up in the picture.
