I have recently aquired a spotted splitfin (with more to come) and I'm not seeing him eat.  I've offered flake, froz bloodworms, water fleas, brine shimp...I never see him eat.

He's only about 2 inches right now but as an adult he will reach the 5-6 inch mark, and I will need to eventually get him to accept flake...

Does anyone have any idea of what I could use as a live food that won't foul up my water, attack my plants, and that will stay "lively" in the water long enough for him to notice it?

My killies only eat white worms, and I don't know any fish that will refuse a wiggly worm.

If you can get some California black worms, I have not seen one of my fish that has refused them even my SAE and black shark eat them up like crazy!!
