Where to get a 1/4" (7mm) angle barb fitting?

While I was searching for DIY topoff solutions, I came across this DIY algae brush siphon thing:

I have some green hair algae in my reef and this seems like a good way to try and get rid of it. 

Does anyone know where to get the angle barb fitting?  Would this be something Home Depot would have?

Auto parts stores ( Napa, Max, CT ...) have fittings for vacuum lines, different sizes and shapes.

Thanks guys - you've given me some good leads!  I'll check them out and report on the effectiveness of the green hair algae toothbrush scrubber!
