I bought a Fluval 304 last january at Superpet in orleans for only 99.95.It was marked down from 139.99 because of new model coming in.
Today I took it apart for my monthy cleaning and when I put back together it started to leak,so I took apart again to see whats wrong and could not find anything wrong.
I figured the motor seal was worn out.
I called superpet in orleans now called petsmart and the manager said that she will call me back after talking with head office on monday,basically she brushed me off.
In my manual it says 3 year warranty against defects so I called the merivale location and the manager said no problem come in with the filter and reciet and we will give the a new one.
I even got the new Fluval 305 valued at 180.00
