Transfer fish from 55 g to 75 g

Another question    TO lower the load of fish in the 55g I would like to transfer the Tinfoil and smallest Blood Parrot in the 75 g

Result of water test

75 g                     55 g
PH 7.2                 PH 6.8
Nitrite = 0            Nitrite = 0.8
Nitrate = 1140      Nitrate = 50
Ammonia = 0.6      Ammonia = 2.4

I've never treated hole in the head before.  How many times have you dosed that metro+ (or other product that you bought).  I would get some advice on whether they should be transferred just yet.

They have had 3 treatments and they are a lot better. The ones I'm thinking of transfering were not affected but received the treatment. I was thinking if the load of fish is reduced the level of ammonia should go down faster and the water being less toxic should be better for those sick fish.
