Problems with my CO2 releaser....

Well I have been having problems with my CO2 releaser. It's been 3 days that it is on. My problem is that the bubles seem to escape into the water... I installed as the plan says. I tripled checked... Do you guys have any idea what the problem is?

I think you are going to have to be a little more specific about your setup.

Do you have a diffuser or a reactor.  Is it a purchased unit, or did you make it yourself.
