call it bristtle worm.
If not kept under control they become pest and quite LARGE
You can mainly see them either at night or when feeding the corals and fish

Yea, they can multiply to numbers out of control where you'll see them all the time poking out of holes.

If they bother you enough many critters/fish can deal with that problem.
a six-line wrasse for example apparently eats bristle worms

This one is bristleworm. Now, there are a lot f different types of them, so difficult to say which one you have. Some of them are nice to have as they are feeding on the food leftover and detritus, while others could be predators.
They will happily multiply if you overfeeding your tank, otherwise their population will be stable. Only from time to time I can spot one of them in the tank (sure there should be more), while when I fed more before I had a lot of them and could see them even during the day.
Also some fish could eat them, but mainly not reef-safe, like large wrasses.

That my friend is a common bristle worm.
Now since the day light is on or you probably have quite a few for it to come out then. You can get them out with a small trap,of pvc pipe and a large chunck of shrimp in there over night  just remove it- make sure no fish are in there- and empty contense into toilet or garbage.

Don't touch with your bare hand they have spikes that hurt to high heven and a nigh impossible to get out, I know, I got stung last week by one I couldn't see :'(.

They are no problem until they get big enough to prey on sleeping fish......

oh yes - this is the one thing I really cannot stand hacing or looking at - the disgusting bristle work....argh, I get shivers just looking at the picture :S

Apparently they are "really good for the tank"...I say they are too nasty and creepy to be any good...but I am probably letting my fear of the nasty creatures cloud my judgement - I bet they are good - just real darn yucky!
