Hi,

I got several Scypha spongein my 135 tank and skimmer. Is there any way to remove it?

Is this a relatively new tank?  I think you will find they disappear as the tank starts to mature a little.  Although a little unsightly at first, they do help filter the water and should eventually starve as nutrients are exhausted.  I personally just considered it a part of the cycle.  After a few months, mine were all gone. 
180g with 2x54g bookend corner bowfront.  220g FOWLR.
75g sump/65g fuge/90g benthic/fuge.
