Change to Giant Auction Format - added SW frag instructions

The following changes will be in effect for the Giant Auction:

• Each item will be assigned a table number.  The vendor is to place their items on the appropriate tables. The table numbers are indicated on the labels - see attachment below.
• Tables will be auctioned starting at the first table and working our way through to the end in order.
• Priority items will still be available for $1.
• I may have to switch some items to other tables in case of crowding.
• No moving of items by purchasers to other tables will be tolerated.  Any item "moving up" will be placed back on it's proper table.

Will the tables assigned be according to when you register your items?

No.  If you have 10 items and we have 20 tables each of your items will be on a different table.
