Seeded filter media for a Fluval 404

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm looking for someone who has cichlids and a fluval 404 who might be willing to trade me some seeded media for some new media.  Getting close to cycling my 60 gallon and I've been told one of the best ways to get a tank up and running is to use seeded media...I've got the foam filter blocks and the pre-filter ceramic rings that I could give you in return.

Hi there, welcome to the forum.
You're certainly on the right track, looking to speed up the
cycle process with grundgy filter material.

You may want to post this in the classifieds and attach a LF
at the beginning.
Also post the area you are in, then people know if it's doable to help.
