Best place to get PC bulbs and ballasts?

After figuring out that I can't afford to go full T5 yet on my 125, I'm keeping my 2 36" Coralife Lunar fixtures.

They're due for new bulbs. What's the best place in Ottawa to get them? I'm looking for square pin 34" 96W bulbs in a 5500-6500K range. The last ones I bought were from BA but they were $70 and only had 10K's and actinics in stock. I'd prefer to buy locally (even better would be an OVAS sponsor).

I tried Buchanan and LiteMor, but they don't carry anything like that.

Also, I've got a burnt out ballast in one of my units. I can't find a ballast anywhere (It's the old style) and Coralife hasn't answered my emails. Anyone ever change out a Coralife unit? Can I use any ballast that fits in the casing? Tips?

I tried them and they don't carry the 96W bulbs...

Az (Aqua Valley) has the best prices for power compact bulbs that i've seen in Ottawa. $39 for a 65watt, 24inch.. Same bulb at BA's was way more.
