Visiting Ottawa Marine Stores

We're leaving this Friday for Ottawa, our family reunion is in Shawville, QC Saturday then Ottawa Inverts' Salty Sundays on our way out and perhaps a store or two. Looking forward to meeting some of you!

My grandfather was Claude Lemay, he owned the 1,000 acre farm at the top of the hill. I spent all my summers there, it was a great place! They had 10 children, 2 boys & 8 girls, I have over 30 first cousins on my mother's side alone.

My sister Julie married a guy from Quyon, Marc Cote.

We left Ajax at 9:00 this morning and arrived at Aqua Valley at 1:30 p.m. to find the door locked and the lights off despite the fact that the hours on the door indicated that it was supposed to be open!

Since the drive was so long and we were itchy to get out of the car, we decided to skip shopping today and go straight to my Mom's in Luskville. More later...
