I was just looking at becoming an official ovas member and read that if you buy your membership in july/aug then you kinda get these months for free or something like that but during the purchase process I noticed its expirse sept 09. Will this just be corrected when they send the membership card out and it will be good until 2010 or should I wait a month or so, kinda new here so just wondering, thanks.

Sorry the information provided to you was incorrect.  A membership purchased now does actually expire in September 2009.  Membership are discounted starting January for the remainder of the season - $15 instead of $20 for an adult membership.

The information was partially incorrect.  Yes, a membership purchased in July/August is good until the the September of the following year.  However, the price on our website has to be updated to read $20 not $15.
