Ich or Fungus?

Hi, :cry:
I bought some new fish recently and now most of my fish have this white stuff all over their bodies.  I can't tell if it looks like salt patches or cotton patches.   6 fishies are dead already and two more are on their way out.  Should I treat the tank with an Ich cure or fungal cure?  Can I use both at the same time?
Any help would be greaty appreciated.

Ich definately looks like salt has been lightly or heavily shaken over their bodies. It is much more common on newly bought fish than fungus.

Velvet looks like ich but has much smaller golden spots.

Fungus is definately fussy patches instead, and is more likely to grow in a situation where the fish has been injured.
