Anemona attitude

Hey, i have a a green BTA under t-5s. It has a bit of a grumpy attitude. MOst of the time its super happy, bubbling up and quite in love with my clowns, but when i do water changes, i turn of the powerheads and the skimmer because they'l suck air if i dont. The problem is when i turn the power back on, it freaks out and skishes like a dime.

Is this kinda thing normal? should i be conserned?

I'm not sure what "skishes" means?

If you mean that it shrinks up to almost nothing and then just goes back to normal in a little while, then that's pretty much normal.
