Can you see ich with the naked eye?

My son was counting all the new baby snails in our tank this morning and in the process he spotted these tiny swimming things.
Can you see ich with the naked eye?  I mean, not the white spots, but the other stages, ie. the tomites or the Trophozoites.  Danios were in the tank, but when Ich struck I moved them to a smaller tank to medicate.   I'm new to the aquarium hobby, so I was wondering if these little critters are Ich or tiny Danio babies.

Probably Danio babies. They breed readily. When the eggs hatch the adults eat them. Now with the adults gone, voila!

depends how tiny they are, and if they look like fish.

I would think there are dozens of possibilities of tiny swimming creatures.

Right now in one of the "plant only" tanks I have lots of creatures like that

I would say Danios, as well.

If you're overfeeding a new tank, there are other things it could be, none harmful, and none Ich.

It looks like a baby tetra.  Too bad though, all died except one fry.  Thanks to all for their ideas to cure ich.  Knock on wood, I think the battle is over.
