Being a new (very) member to the club I was wondering besides meetings and breakfasts do we do any other get together activities? Recalling the liverbearer meeting when we had a guest speaker he talked about getting together for conventions and things. Do we do that? Or excursions/road trips into Montreal or Tdot or w.e? Or is that more of individually organized thing?
thanks just wondering  :)

Hi and welcome aboard!  :)

Extra trips are indeed more of an individually organized thing.  Someone posts about an event and it goes from there, OVAS doesn't organize it normally.  A few people used to go to the Montreal auction and currently there is a bunch going to the CAOAC convention in Oakville.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.  So love the people who treat you right.  Forget about the one's who don't.  Believe everything happens for a reason.  If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.  If it changes your life, let it.  Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Good point Jessie, and if you're into plants the plant people get together sometimes too.
