Eheim Pro 3e

Just wanted to share my excitement with everyone who understands........I got my Eheim Pro 3e today! 

Can't wait to get the program up and running so I can check out this whole remote maintenance thing!

Anyone else out there have one of these? What do you think so far? Any tips?

No tips on our side but I can tell you very nice filter! Excellent quality!

Ok so setting up the pc connection is proving to be a huge pain in the ass. Cost $146 to get the serial to USB cable required by Eheim, downloaded the software and nothing works! Nothing but a white screen comes up, that's it!

After doing some more research, it appears Eheim clearly don't know who to market this idea much less inform you on which of the 3 "eletronic" models it's actually compatible with. The information on the box as well as their website is so vague, one has to wonder if they're actually interested in promoting this idea.
