Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago! Damn fish lasted only 2 days! 

I'm putting them in the same category as blue spot jawfish!

cover your tank guys all fish can jump, when the auroras are adult size they are strong and can jump high.

at the store we never covered our tanks until a male crosshatch trigger jumped, we cover everything since and no more jumpers.
