OVAS library

I am sure the info is somewhere .....but is there actually an OVAS
library physically?  If so, where is it?

Could someone enlighten me? Pardon my ignorance.

There is a list of books offered by the club to borrow.  Normally you would get a hold of the librarian (washefuzzy) and arrange a meeting or to have to book/s brought to the next meeting.

Unfortunately we don't have a physical library to visit.
