Jumping text box in long msg's

FYI... I just upgraded to IE 9 and this problem is not occuring for me.

If you just got it, it likely wasn't the beta version. I've recently upgraded from the beta version, but I still don't see a 'compatability' button. I'm not convinced the problem even existed with me, actually. I use a laptop, and I absolutely hate the touchpad. I always use a mouse, and when I'm home, a wireless keyboard. Now that I'm without the keyboard, ( I didn't bring it with me), I find I'm always dragging my thumb over the touchpad, which causes all kinds of strange, and weird happenings. I can disable the touchpad, but if my mouse ever packs it in, I'd be dead in the water until I found a new rodent because there would be no way to enable the touchpad.
