Leaving on Sunday and heading down to Atlanta to check out the Georgia Aquarium, also gonna take in Memphis and maybe catch a glimpse of the "King"  ;).

Just wondering if there are any fish related stops I should know about down around that area or even on the way down (driving), any good stores or other aquariums.

Depending on the route you take, a stop in Gatlinburg, TN might be worthwhie, it's sort of on the way to Atlanta. Big aquarium there, although I've never seen it - we were actually lost when we discovered Gatlinburg. Nice spot to visit, right in the heart of the Smokey Mountains.

If you're going down I-85, it's a piece o' cake. Real nice drive over the Smoky Mountains. Half-way up, you cross the state line into Tennessee. Fun switchbacks and incredible views.

The Tennessee Aquarium located in Chattanooga, Tennessee is large, new and has a great variety of aquarium 'things'.  See my three blogs with photos starting here: http://www.megapixeltravel.com/2011/02/tennessee-aquarium-chattanooga-tennessee-part-iii/

Well I got back yesterday, my trip consisted of Nashville, Graceland, Atlanta, and Washington (to see the Caps get smucked 6-0 by the Rangers). All I have to say was the Georgia Aquarium was AWESOME, thought I would post a few pics of my swim with the "Gentle Giants", everything in the pictures was in the main tank where I got to go swimming, I will post more later once I get a few minutes to myself lol
