Spawning Fish

I have 2 yellow lab cichlids, that I thought were 1 male, and 1 female.  One of them is holding her second batch of fry in her mouth.  I know she will do this whether the fry is fertalized or not, but will she still do this, if the second lab is female also??  If there are no males to fertalize the fry, will she still lay them, and scoop them in the mouth??  The first batch she swallowed after about a week.  This batch she's had for a little over 2.  I don't believe that she would let other types of cichlids fertalize them, but would that be a possability??  Any help would be great.  Even my LFS wants the answer to this question.

You have a pair if you only have JD and the marmalade cat in that tank. Post a picture of the two and maybe I could sex them for you.
The eggs are fertilized or she would not have hold them for two weeks. Her troath should also have darken by now.
