Is the tank on the first page, with the blue background, the same tank?
My Bad , yes it is the same tank  :), i totally forgot it had a blue b/ground since i got so use to the black, thanks for the correction.

Beautiful!  I love the contrast of the reds and greens, and the pearling is fabulous :)

Very nice Errol, if you ever have extra glossostigma let me know, I'll take it off your hands for a small monetary compensation. I'm looking for something small to add to the foreground of my 25g starfire, but only need tiny bit.

Hey, Errol and Eric.

Where did you get those surface skimmers. I have been looking around to get one but none seem to look like yours.

Post it in the equipment forum if you like.

Thanks  ;)

Thanks Errol.

I saw the fluval, it just didn't look like it in your picture.

I'm getting a bit of an oil slick. I think I will pick one up.  :)

I got mine at Pet Circus on Bank, mine's an AquaClear but really it's the same as the Fluval one except mine comes with an extra adapter that allows you to hook it up to a HOB filter, I just tossed it and hooked it up directly to my canister intake.

You have to tweak it a little when you first set it up to get the flow right but once dialed in, it works like magic, open top is crystal clear, no more muck.

Eric

P.S. While this is not exactly the one I use (it looks identical though), mops.ca has this one here for cheap: http://bit.ly/HL1e64

Well after 4 months of neglect due to some personal issues, i finally got around to doing some gardening & much needed water change, during this lack of TLC i cut the fert. regiment back by 60%, lights by 25% with the odd water change, here is what the tank looks like now.

Wow, thanks for the kind remarks, i think the reduction in lights etc helped save the day, i was pleasantly surprised how well the tanks held up.

Errol, is that the UG you received only a few strands of via mail order? Because if so, it's really taken off like crazy, very nice growth!
