The most interesting part to me is the original price of these things...now I know why BA's charges more than other stores for their supplies and livestock!!

I heard that they're moving to a new location.  Guess it's easier to sell everything off and start fresh rather than try to move all of those huge tanks.

Funny thong is my wife would love any of those tanks if we could afford them...I can't imagine using a box of salt to do a water change...yikes.

Maybe I just don't know what things cost but how can is possibly be anywhere close to 100k? The glass is obviously the most expensive piece here but I'd be curious to see the cost breakdown of one of these things.

If you follow the link it says the shark tank was 400k brand new, and the other tanks were 100k brand new. Almost a million bucks in new tank set ups for a single store...

As nice as these tanks are for that kind of money I wouldn't do anything less than fully customized and brand new. ...not that either is likely to happen on my budget
