Try Van Dyke for the first one, and Rubens or Gainsborough for the second one.

I believe that this the info on the second one:

GAINSBOROUGH Thomas, 1727-1788 (United Kingdom)
Title : Portrait of Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire (1757-1806), three-quarter-length, in a pale blue dress and black hat

I don't do paintings or weddings  ;D

Not sure if you are aware, but you can search for pictures based on pictures you have.  For example, just go to images.google.com

Then take your jpg or whatever file, and drag and drop it to the search bar on the images.google.com

It will find images that look similar (or identical) to yours.

If you have a smartphone you can also download Google Goggles and then take a pic of the image to get similar results/ info!
