How to embed video into a post

You may notice that there is a new option on the site now to embed video into your posts.

To insert video click on the embed button (image #1)

The bbc codes will appear in your post. (image #2)  The numbers after the = sign are the size of the video, these can be modified.  Please keep these to a maximum of 600 x 600.

Copy the address of the video to embed between the codes (image #3)

Your video is now embedded in your post. (image #4)
