Does anyone here feed this to their cichlids?

I used to feed my Africans with these.  They are great food but more on the pricey side.  We used to order from Darius.  He gave us a great price plus OVAS discount.  I think he opted out the business already.

I've order from them previously and they have very good price on all sorts of food.  Thinking about driving down to Ogdensburg New York to pick up the stuff as it'll saved a lot on shipping.
