Hi James, set up time is 11.00AM, all request for RSVP tables should be sent to the program chair "sylros"
Tables are first come first served for all- both members & non members, so reserve early.

Guys it`s to your advantage to reserve tables early - we only have 20 tables available for vendors & sponsors.
