DIY acrylic tank

Hello everyone. I'm asking this question to all the people that have made acrylic tanks. I made a tank at work and welded the tank together like uarujoeys videos. Now my question is can it be to square?  See I have a milling machine and squared every piece to .001". That being said when I welded it together I found i was getting bubbles in my joins. I was convinced that this tank woul go together perfectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The tank is only a small one. 15"H x19"W x 30"L. 3/8" thickness.
