Not to downplay OVAS, much, but it is VERY limited when it comes to anything saltwater. RC is reef central http://www.reefcentral.com the biggest forum we salties use. The answers your looking for should be in the Lighting, Filtration & Other Equipment section or run a search for AI SOL

NanoSF

I'm very happy with my AI sol blue. Very strong light. Need to put it up pretty high to use full power though. Good coverage if you do put it high. Vega sounds pretty cool, but only 4 white LEDs seems to mean it is for coral popping colours rather than growth (needing PAR). Price of the Sol vs. Vega makes me think Sol is still a solid purchase. You can probably get a Sol for $350 slightly used, or $450 or so new. Vega is $600 or over for basically the same wattage of LEDs.
