Not a good day...

Today I got home from work and Mrs Chubby, my big ryukin, had passed on due to a second bout of dropsy.

I was so sad to hear this news, when you told me earlier. She was SUCH a gorgeous fish.

At least Mr. Chubby is still doing well.. and you still have some of their babies, right?

Squeeker:  Was that the fish I heard you had originally cured of dropsy?  It's a shame to have gotten over a battle like that and then to lose the fish.

Yup, Darkdep, she was cured once, and then relapsed.  All told, I medicated and did daily water changes on her for 2.5 months.  Sucks.
