Possibility of internal parasite? (Clear long stringy poop)

I think my Molly has internal parasites... It is constantly pooping a long stringly clear poop (around 15-20cm long)

Any ideas what I could do to treat it? Is it dangerous to the rest of my tank?

35G, well filtered
0 Amonia
0 Nitrite
20 Nitrates
7,2 Ph

if you have access for levamisole then get them. that medicine works wonders for me. other than that, try your LFS if they have anything for internal parasites. they usually survive if treated immediately. hope she recovers! good luck!
