Hi guys!
Well, I am officially suffering from MTS!
Someone on Facebook announced they were getting rid of 3 x 30g tanks, with 3 AC, 2 tops, for $125, so I jumped on the chance only to realize I had to take the fish as well.  The fish included some Guppies, and Ameca Splendens and redtail splitfin.  I set the guppies in one of my existing tank and set up one of the 30gallons.  She had the ameca's and redtails in the same bucket and I placed them in the 1 tank until I can get the other tanks started as well.  She also ended up taking 10 of my BN plecos for $25, so basically spent $100 for the deal!  Yahoo!

My questions;
Since these 2 are in the same family can they cross breed and end up giving me mixes?  Can I keep them together for now without any concerns?

That's it for now!

Thanks!

Don't think you should have a problem, I've never heard of interbreeding issues between those species.

Sweet deal!
