dud lights

I picked up 10 zoomed bulbs today.

One is a dud.  I've had this with coralife bulbs once also.

How frequent an occurrence is this? Anyone else experience this?

I'm not concerned about exchanging the bulb but it's inconvenient and disappointing to say the least.
