January Meeting - FRAGGING!

This month's OVAS meeting's theme with be CORAL GROWTH AND FRAGGING!

With a little help from Az at Aqua Valley, I'll be putting together a presentation about coral growth, care, and how to frag your corals. And I promise, I'll try to stay away from scientific names.

I'll also invite people to bring frags to sell and trade at the end of the meeting - we'll set up a table at the back, but no tank - corals should be ok in bags for a couple hours as long as they're healthy and stay warm.

'Just want to thank all those who put last night's meeting together and to let the guest speaker (not sure of his name-the lad who works part time at Aqua Valley) for his informative power point presentation on fragging.
It was interesting to put a face to many of the "avatars" that I see on the forums.
I thought is was an good night out, and I even came home with a small frag for just $5!

Last night was great! I had no idea what Rob was talking about but I enjoyed it none the less! It was great meeting the few people I had a chance to talk to! I will definitely be more chatty at the next meeting. You did a great job on the presentation, I learned alot! Can't wait for the next meeting!
