you can get up to 5000K at litmore.

I've called them. I was told that they do not carry 55 w in 5000K.

Try marinescape (the marine fish store).  It seems to me I saw 5000K 55watt power compact bulbs there not that long ago.  Course I could be off my rocker too!  Call them and ask.  Course it depends on the length too.

My mistake, i had a look again and my book from litemore says they only carry up to 4100k. sorry.

I am sure however that buchanan lighting can get them. They were the only store that actually had the sockets for the bulbs in stock when i was loooking for them about 2 weeks ago.

Buchanan does have them in 5000K.  That's where I buy mine.

Marinescape will have them too, but will charge you for them.  $40 from Marinescape, $20 from Buchannan.
