Members can now attach Images to PM

OVAS club members can now attach images to PMs. Same method as adding to posts.

My bad. I should have mentioned in the post that that function is limited to OVAS Members only. If you're interested in joining here's the link. BTW, with a membership you get a 10% discount at most stores which usually pays for the membership each year.
