Heater recommendations

I am thinking of getting an inline heater for my 120 and would love either recommendations or pros/cons, etc.  Or, a submersible plastic one.
My guys are getting rowdy as they get bigger. Thanks!

I've been very happy with my inline heater, I love the fact that you don't have to see it in the tank.
