login in

how come everytime i try to log in it brings me back to the main page???
The only way i can log in is by clicking on forgot password and redo my password then it links me in.....Are others having this prob.....

I think the website is doing some funky business with the forum login page to integrate it with the rest of the site layout.

I am not seeing what you describe directly, but somehow, my Chrome browser is confused when I tell it to remember my password.  When I get to the login page, it fills everything in for me, but my password is always rejected (I have verified it is correct).

I'm using IE9 Beta and I have exactly the same issue.

I was using firefox and yes, everything was fine.  I have recently started using Chrome and that's when the problems started.

I loaded up Chrome/Opera/Safari and tested them out.  I could not replicate your problem - however that being said I noticed that the forum loooks slightly different between Chrome/Opera/Safari and Firefox.  Most likely given that our forum software is older than history I would put any strange happenings on the fact that Chrome/Opera/Safari being newer than the forum software.

All I want for Christmas is an easy way to update the web software.

Every time I login and press submit it directs me to a blank page and I have to hit refresh to get to the main page. Then go to Forum and I am logged in.
