How do I create a gallery?

I've read other post about it, but they didn't really help  I am able to find the gallery of course, but I dont see any 'admin options' or anything like that to create one for myself.

Exactly so if you go here http://ovas.ca/index.php?page=83 purchase a membership once all is done, the administrator will enable the gallery abbility in your account (When they have time it is not instant). You will also be able to post in  The Lounge also http://ovas.ca/index.php?board=7.0
