Calendar events from other places

Is it possible to mark on our calendar (Web site) events from other fish clubs eg. auctions that
may interest most of us. Montreal, Toronto, Ajax ...... auctions or other fish related events.
Even put a link to information when you click on that date on the calendar would be great.
   So what events do you know coming from other places?

I've included links to most clubs in the area at the end of the OVAS GIANT AUCTION blog that I posted today. This is my own initiative, not an OVAS initiative.  I don't update most blog entries after I have published them so the links do sometimes go stale/dead-end/error code and this would be an on-going problem for any OVAS initiative as well.  For instance, I learned today that the Toronto Willowdale link had to be changed in my blog because they changed their URL slightly from when I had added it to my 2011 OVAS auction blog.

From my own experience, your suggestion, although a good one, will require time to initially set up and then time to monitor and update.  Not sure how much time the OVAS webmaster might have available to take on such a task.

Ed i think what you are suggesting is probably a dedicated section where anyone can add an Aquarium realted event, be it an auction, presentation, expo, convention etc.
I think it`s a great idea, but perhaps this suggestion should have being posted in the web sites discussions & bug report board
